What data, and why

If you sign up on the /gift page, we keep your email address and, if you give it to us, your name. We use them to send you the text you asked for and, now and then, news of Ariadna Kastri’s books. We use them for nothing else, we do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything sent before.

Where they are stored

The form and the list run on Google Forms and Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.), acting as data processor. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

How long

For as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your data within 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ariadna@ariadnakastri.com. Every email you receive will also include a way to unsubscribe. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority where you live.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies of its own. The Google form may set its own cookies when it loads; these are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
